The weekend brought some lovely love action to my mantel. I tackled several small craft projects and finished them. I never once looked at Pintrest. I kid. you. not.
I've got a free pass to something fun burning a hole in my back pocket. I'll be cashing it in over the weekend and I can not wait to tell you about it. In fact, I can hardly wait until it gets here.
We are in a huge period of "wait" over here. Waiting on a court date. Waiting on Riley's next doctor's appointment. Waiting on something fun.
"But those who wait upon the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar high on the wings of eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint."

Blessed be the name of the Lord.
Waiting can be uncomfortable and exhausting.
But God. He is always, always, always right on time.
He is never late.

I think I've just been inspired by your wreath. Burlap? check! Flowers? check! But what did you use for the base? I don't have a foam wreath and I really hate to leave the house in this 6 degree weather. Please tell me it's something I might already have! Please! I really want to do this.

Joy I'm waiting to hear about my children and what is going to happen to them. Will they all leave? Will two leave and 3 more come? Will 2 stay and 1 leave? Will they all stay as is? I hate this wait but it forces me to trust.
